Aubrey Edwards

Aubrey, co-founder of Elev8 Consulting, spent 25 years at Microsoft in a variety of sales and product marketing leadership roles spending time in consumer, SMB, enterprise, Public Sector segments during his tenure. Originally from the UK, Aubrey moved to Redmond in 1995 and is now settled in Sammamish with his wife and three children.

Jorge Villamil

Jorge Villamil

Jorge is a 24 year veteran in corporate America and an entrepreneur. He spent 8 years in Eastman Kodak and 16 in Microsoft. He’s a computer engineer with experience in sales, marketing, as well as business, project and program management. Since 2015 he started his own business and a private consulting practices. Co-founded Elev8 consulting in 2018.

Dave Clark

Dave Clark

Dave Clark has more than 28 years of professional experience including 18 years at Microsoft, 5 years at Ernst & Young, and 3 years at Oracle.  Dave has held a variety of progressive financial roles up to and including CFO.  Dave has been consulting with Elev8 since late 2020.

Amy Merrill

Amy Merrill

Amy worked as an FTE at Microsoft for 11 years in a variety of roles including program and project management, business development, sales as well as customer success.  She’s worked with a number of “C” level customers as well as led multi institution deployments for Microsoft.  She’s passionate about helping other achieve more and enjoys the challenges of a meaty project.

Nancy Nemes

Nancy Nemes

She has 20 years of international experience at Google and Microsoft. Her passion is in pioneering, implementing and optimizing the impact of high tech to enrich people lives through digital solutions. Nancy is the founder and Chief Enthusiasm Officer of two ventures to accelerate Artificial Intelligence in Europe: Ms. AI (non profit) and #humanAIze (for profit).  In less than 1.5 years, she has built a global cross-disciplinary community of 110 deep tech AI experts and jointly reached 500,000 women in their online and offline AI activities.

John Pope

John Pope

John joined Elev8 in March 2019 and is a versatile leader and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, and Strategic Planning. He is a distinguished relationship builder, partner, and agile collaborator within both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. John’s diverse experience includes analyzing opportunities, and optimizing products, revenues, profits, and customer satisfaction across industries including software, IoT & cloud computing, travel, and consulting & staffing.

Letitia Rodley

Letitia Rodley

A marketing executive with over 20 years of experience building and leading high performing demand marketing teams.  Proven experience leading early-stage companies through marketing and operational challenges, executing on integrated and performance-driven marketing, and building operational efficiencies for fast paced KPI performance.

Milena  Saboya

Milena Saboya

Milena spent time as an Microsoft FTE as well as an Amazon FTE plus experience working in a number of startup/mid-sized internet companies including Redfin and Utrip (AI in travel). More recently she has been working on our team supporting a number of projects with the Bing team. She has held software development, sales, marketing and product leadership roles while working in the US, Germany, Mexico and Colombia. Milena holds a MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and an undergraduate computer science degree from the University of the Andes.

Ximena Velez

Ximena Velez

Ximena joined Microsoft in 2005 working as a product management consultant in several services groups. She was responsible for a number of successful launches in MSN. She was a lead PM managing product development cycle and several major releases. Ximena traveled to China to set-up a development center for MSN and get it off the ground. In 2010 Ximena moved to T-mobile working on several complex product launches. She has broad experience managing product life cycle in emerging and well established products including UX, product discovery, implementation and rollout. 

Denise Wells

Denise Wells

Denise spent 14 years at Microsoft and 8 years at SAP Concur and is a results driven high technology professional with demonstrated success in developing  and delivering high impact world-wide programs.  She has been responsible for revenue generation at key points in the customer revenue generation cycle.
She’s a strong leader who works effectively with people at all levels and functional areas. Her major strengths include leadership ability, drive for results, highly developed communication skills and effective cross group collaboration. Goal oriented, she has the ability to repeatedly exceed established metrics and targets.
